Although these interventions likely will not change your entire life in a short period of time, it's a start. When thinking about positive psychology interventions, these are some of the components we can think about and we can remember them with this fun acronym: BET I CAN.
This stands for: behaviors, emotions, thoughts, interactions, context, awareness, and next steps.
It makes sense that if we want to be happier, these would be the things we target. I'll be talking about this more in my podcast (Friday) and blog post (Saturday) this week. For now, think about how you can start to make changes, if you want, in these areas, and how that can lead to better well-being.
