Sexism exists on multiple levels. It is both the explicit ways in which women are disparaged and disrespected as well as the implicit ways that we hold within ourselves. This study shows how we inherently have different views of women and men when it comes to success.
When women luck into positions of power, they are not seen as hostile, compared to women that have worked hard and earned their position. Further, they are seen as more likable when they luck into these positions. It doesn’t matter for men. Why?
