Did you know that expressive writing can reduce stress and depression symptoms as well as increase resilience and growth during the COVID-19 pandemic? It is great to be able to feel less bad, but even better to feel more good. These results suggest that we can be better prepared for future stress and feel like we have learned something through the trauma of the pandemic.
